Nice start, but I experienced some issues.
- The mouse over state of All Programs does not look well at all. I would consider changing that.
- Using this blind, my Windowblinds Configuration box lost the bottom scrollbar. Not good!
- The skin is dark, which is not a bad thing, but it needs work to make text items a bit more visible.
Keep at it though

There is a lot I like about this WB - I like the colour, rim around the taskbar, compact start menu, buttons, little arrows, the buttons,and the overall tidy nature. Then there is the "buts" : as mentioned, the mouse over "all Programs" just isn't as polished as the rest but the real problem for me is the gradient or glare. I realize this is part of the design and must be to your liking but I personally find the light part on the Start Panel rather glaring and I find it hard to read the text on the right hand side of the menu bar - just too dark. I've been using it for a couple of days so I guess it isn't that big of a problem but I've decided the 'buts' are going to make me switch despite quite liking it. Thank you.

is there ever going to be a version for the people who the start panel on the TOP of our monitors, rather than the bottom.

vStyler: I keep the taskbar on top with this skin and I think it looks quite good.
This skin is really nice with some minor flaws. I used a little gamma adjusting and tweaked the skin just a little bit and I think it looks good.
