-text on tabs appears to be aligned too far to the right, theres a bunch of empty space on the left side on every tab
-progress bar has little black triangles on the corners, i think you forgot to turn on transparency?
-the mouseover on the menus (i'm not using rightclick) seem to be misaligned
(Some of these errors might only be on my side... i'm using the latest beta of wb5)
...and some more aesthetic suggestions
-the taskbar does look a bit out of place as is, since its completely white. if transparency doesnt look good, maybe you can try making the tray the same bluish glass color or something; i think it'd fit the skin better if you had some blue glass int he taskbar.
-the tray font that you use (hooge?) is a bit out of place, since you don't use that font anywhere else on the skin
-the items on the task pane are currently a blue font, which seems out of place, maybe change the font color to black?
-the white font for the file... edit... view... etc menus is a bit hard to see
-the mouseover on the all programs gives an ugly white box; you might want to try the workaround where you make the entire all programs button an image (incorporate the text 'All Programs' into the image), and then use the trick with the margin values (look it up the forums, its been discussed several times).
Don't get me wrong though, these are just little suggestions to help improve what is already an awesome skin. Great job on your first wb, and I can't wait to see what you'll turn out in the future.

I am currently reworking the taskbar adding some blue glass effect to the tray part of the bar, but I'm gonna look what a full blue bar gives, you never know! I've noticed the progressbar problem 3 days ago, and I'm working on it. Trasnparency is set (and I checked the code as well), so it should be working... I'll find a walk around for that.
Anyway, I should provide an update for this skin within 2 weeks (after that I'm on vacation babe, yeah!), fixing most problems listed in the comments.
I'd like to take time to answer to everybody right now, but I got a pneumonia, and I'm feeling pretty tired, so I'll get in touch later on when feeling better.
Thank you guys for the nice comments and contructive criticism, I really appreciate it!
