I really like this skin alot. I also had already been using the icon set and have since downloaded the cursors as well. I also have problems with the taskbar. Not so much the lack of transparency is bothering me but the fact that my taskbar appears flat and blends in to the background to much. To verify, I again checked your screenie and noticed it does appear to have a definite 'edge' and somewhat 3d effect. Anyone know where the setting control might be if there is one to fix that for me?
Thanks for the skin!

PCPrincess: The taskbar in the screenshot is "unlocked" and thus you see the dividing line at the top. If you "lock" the taskbar, that noticeable line isn't there. Try it!

Great skin but I feel the Start Menu is way too busy. A simple background for My Documents panel and Pinned panel and Recently Used Programs panel would be my suggestion.

I've been using the cursors you've made for a while now, and they remain my favorites. Glad to have a skin by you too.

Excellent Skin. So much for saving the best for last, huh? you whipped out a beast on your first try. I'm also using the icon package and objectdock icons. Keep up the good work. Now I just need a cool wallpaper and cursor, and i'm all set.

its an awesome skin ; there are a few small things which need to be fixed before it's useable though...

-text on tabs appears to be aligned too far to the right, theres a bunch of empty space on the left side on every tab
-progress bar has little black triangles on the corners, i think you forgot to turn on transparency?
-the mouseover on the menus (i'm not using rightclick) seem to be misaligned
(Some of these errors might only be on my side... i'm using the latest beta of wb5)

...and some more aesthetic suggestions

-the taskbar does look a bit out of place as is, since its completely white. if transparency doesnt look good, maybe you can try making the tray the same bluish glass color or something; i think it'd fit the skin better if you had some blue glass int he taskbar.
-the tray font that you use (hooge?) is a bit out of place, since you don't use that font anywhere else on the skin
-the items on the task pane are currently a blue font, which seems out of place, maybe change the font color to black?
-the white font for the file... edit... view... etc menus is a bit hard to see
-the mouseover on the all programs gives an ugly white box; you might want to try the workaround where you make the entire all programs button an image (incorporate the text 'All Programs' into the image), and then use the trick with the margin values (look it up the forums, its been discussed several times).

Don't get me wrong though, these are just little suggestions to help improve what is already an awesome skin. Great job on your first wb, and I can't wait to see what you'll turn out in the future.

Halluci, thanks a thousands for the listing, this really helps since you make suggestions as well, especially the "all programs" bug that was bothering me a lot but couldn't see how to get rid of it, I'm gonna investigate your trick.
I am currently reworking the taskbar adding some blue glass effect to the tray part of the bar, but I'm gonna look what a full blue bar gives, you never know! I've noticed the progressbar problem 3 days ago, and I'm working on it. Trasnparency is set (and I checked the code as well), so it should be working... I'll find a walk around for that.
Anyway, I should provide an update for this skin within 2 weeks (after that I'm on vacation babe, yeah!), fixing most problems listed in the comments.
I'd like to take time to answer to everybody right now, but I got a pneumonia, and I'm feeling pretty tired, so I'll get in touch later on when feeling better.

Thank you guys for the nice comments and contructive criticism, I really appreciate it!

CodF4ther: Thank you for investigating the font for me (I'm soooooo lazy...). To avoid any problem, I'm gonna check another cleartype font (public, of course).

Cheers!

I really like this, I gave it 5 stars. Don't know if you'll read this but, for some reason the menues on the right side are washed out. The text isn't deep enough. Also, the scroll highlighter doesn't line up properly. I use the Desktop toolbar on the windows toolbar and that where the trouble spot shows up on my machine. Still I really like this Blind. Definately a keeper.

Love the skin - my only request is to please make a variant with a white window background. Otherwise things like code editors and treeviews can look messed up (part white/part gray).
