Good theme, some constructive criticism I would give you is, lower the brightness of the "glass" Its really overpowering and would make the skin much much 'sleeker'. The > frame bottom seems a little oversized. There is no difference between Active and Inactive frame states and lastly the right click menu's don't appear to be skinned.
The light blue areas of the skin indeed are very nicely done and I think this theme could be sleeker given a little more TLC in a couple of areas.
Overall.. a very nice idea and skin. Worthy of its rating.
Will be nice to see some new skins from you in the near future.

Simply elegant, and beautifull. It's so clean and really just what I've been looking for. Im rather tired of bloated looking skins and this one is as mentioned, clean, simple, elegant and beaufifull. If I had the ability to vote for it, I would certainly give it the highest vote possible.

On my XP machine, the minimize and close icons on the windows display a scroll-over color, but on my Vista machine they do not. Anyone have an idea as to how to fix this? Thanks. Tim

--- Damn - What a waste. The whole skin is excellent except for the biggest flaw of all.----- It's BLINDING! White SUCKS and powder blue too. The LAST thing I want to do is put on my sunglasses to do some creative work in my paint shop and going to the 'Programs' page is a shocker to the system. Go GRAY --- Not GAY!

Thanks, i actually thought about most stuff you mentioned but i don't work on this skin anymore, only fixing remaining bugs.
All those changes and features are scheduled for NOVUM OS II, though, which im planning to make!
