It would be much nicer if you made the menu the same blue color as the task bar
and the selection color yellow or green

good job, but it doesnt look at all good on my computer because of your vista start menu. the programs part is too narrow, the places part is too wide. 
otherwise, very nice. its elegant enough to call beautiful, modern enough to counterpart with aero, and its not a knock off but an inspired design

Great skin, no doubt about that. I'd never had any pink bits my concern is the black around the white on the menus is not cool. Is that meant to be there other than that totally awesome and thank you.��
