Meowy..this is really quite nice. It's clean and elegant and easy to use!
Now excuse me a moment...organicANDstyle....no one says you have to like everything you see, but don't make unfounded accusations of ripping. This would never have been allowed into the GUI Championships if there was even a hint of it not being completely Meowy's work!
As any skinner will tell you, it takes hundreds of hours to put together a skin, and constructive criticism is always welcome. Saying it's lame is not constructive. Did you download it and use it? Did you open up the skin in Skinstudio and check it for technical correctness? What don't you like? The color scheme? The shape of the butons? Does something not work they way it should?

organicandstyle, from your profile you've been a wincustomize member for a year, and you haven't submitted any skins whatsoever.
It's hard to understand where your criticism comes from if you're not a skin author in some form or fashion (maybe you are and you just don't submit anything to this site, if so why not?). I'm not an expert myself but at least I'm involved (in my own limited way), making accusations that this author is possibly stealing someone else's work is as close to a verbal assault as you can get. If you like a skin, say so, if you don't like a skin say so but don't make accusations or near accusations like you've done in your 1st post.
Unless you can offer irrefutable proof to backup your statements, you should never make statements like that - Nobody needs to hear what you've said ever.

I like the overall design of the skin but the min/max/close buttons need to be just a little lighter so they can be more easily seen. I give it a 4.

I think that is the point. Just a nice, clean, black and white skin with a splash of color. Looks good!

I don't seem to be able to get the Noix Vista Substyle to show properly. As a matter of fact i don't think that the vista substyle is showing any differently than the default style. I am certainly not getting the look you have in the my computer screenshot. What am i missing here?
Overall, i applaud the work. The skin is very original. I do think that some transparency in the title bar and borders would open this skin up alot. Different shades of translucent color for example could be incorporated into several new substyles.

im not blaming u cause pretty much ive seen on the gui champs was like that no really new ideas brought into the whole thing unless the only person that made it nice was the maya thing and the PLasmaron every other one sucked in my eyes .. well thats it sad but true
