check the code section (just in case you haven't)..I found that the new version of SKS was omitting a line or two here and there (for me it was the per-pixel logoff and shutdown images...had to manually put in the per pix and trans settings via the code line or they kept having large black or grey areas where they were supposed to be transparent). Hope you figure it out. Bet

Try changing the (font and color) in the "Maximized Caption" right below it, also.
Might be that they both need to be set.
Hope it helps.

Unless you just fixed it or I'm missing something, I don't see any blue colored fonts. I downloaded the skin late morning Central US time.
I really like this skin!

Do have a (big) issue though. When opening your skin in skin studio, I clicked on the "Analyze" button (to the left of the preview button).
Found about 100 errors. Word to the wise, don't use the (tools, correct skin errors) button to fix any errors. Almost crashed my system.
May need to manually fix them before saving.
Analyzing the skin is always a good idea. Helps to find errors and any images that are missing. I know it's helped me out alot.

The font color for the per pixel windowframes is controlled via the Caption section... you should be able to change it there..(Window Borders PerPixel>Caption..then in the parameters section..Text Settings).
