If you are referring to the Start Panel Logoff Bar problem with English words and the buttons not aligned where they were supposed to be, that can be fixed with skinstudio and change the contain margins there. You can get the buttons in the right place and "Log Off" "Turn Off" without modifying the graphic. Enter 209 23 39 2 from top to bottom in the Margins window. You won't get full word "Turn Off Computer" You'd have to modify to graphic, but not recommended.
Everything else look find. Any Asian language only appear on the screenshot.
