At best this skin is 40% completed, and about 80% of the 40% you have done is just recolored Microsoft Luna default images.
I would suggest you pull this and upload again when it is a lot more complete and using images of your own making.
The copyright and permission notice you have when opening skin in SkinStudio did make me chuckle.
