Actually I really like this skin. I normally use "Intrastate" because it is extemely clean and defined without all the excessive colors and distractions. This skin is plain, but has defined lines and in my opinion represents a very useful screen without all the distractions. Very nice job for what I look for. Its clean and very well done, thank you for the post............

This skin was originally intended to be for a tutorial for beginners using only SkinStudio and MS Paint. Unfortunately the project had to be abandoned.
The skin, however, remains. And, with the exception of the radio buttons, everything in this skin is hand drawn using the paint brush tool.

Nice & Clean and small size ....always good signs in a usable skin
...personally I have would have liked the status bars on it to be slimmer and maybe the colour to be toned down just a tad ...

You can do "enable custom color support in WB and tweak it to your liking I do that when a skin author offers a skin in a color that I dont neccesarily like, it makes everyone happy

And there is always just gray scale in the color options which works well if your in a no colour mood.
I still enjoy blinds like this for the usability aspect which outweighs bells and whistles for me any day.Nice job on all the hand drawn grapics..

Great looking skin.. it translates well with displays that are over 36"...
Very clear and easy on the eyes..
It's nice to see a skin that is so straight forward and utilitarian instead of being one of the dark, monstrous, hard to view themes that seem to be all the rage with the kiddies these days.
Highly recommended for adults and professionals like myself...
