I tested this in XP and the Control Panel works fine. Just need to change the default Control Panel pic is all. Not bad for a first go at it.

Looks very nice. I haven't notied that color in any other skins. But really, who uses Category view in CP anyway?

On my computer the Category view in control Panel works just fine. I'm running XP SP2.

An excellent Vista like blind!
This is some damn good skinnin' Rook with some sweet coloring and transposing shadow!
TealShade is punctuated well all around and the over-all color is easy on the eyes without glare or strain.
Gave it five stars for just a wonderful effort!
Please keep them coming!

FYI: My Control Panel works just fine in both Catagory and Classic views!
No problems, no errors, no where in this skin!

Those guys that give out stars must've been to busy suckin the southern comfort to give this work a fair shake. Much, much better than two. 3.5 stars at the very least.
