Jedi,this skin dosnt come with a Wincustomize subscription.(you would get a discount and not having to look at ads is great.Plus they give you a bunch of free stuff.)
Its knot really a suite...just a windowblind...but there is dang near enough free accesories to be a suite.�

Shelby,its not that it cant be made Vista ready at all with the current software...but there are several menus and text settings that dont respond to XP settings...why force a skin designed for XP on Vista when Stardock is releasing both SKS and WB for Vista soon?
With those...you may not need to design substyles specifically for Vista...just add the Vista specific elements.�

Hey Michael! Just to let you know I haven't forgotten the docks for this skin....been having some health issues again that have been slowing me down...as well as a new video card not getting installed right...but they're still in the works!

Have ALWAYS been a great fan of IR but....not 5 bucks american worth though !
