Nevermind, I figured it out. For anyone else having the problem, I would like to recommend an alternative to opening it with an image program as suggested, because everything from paint to photoshop didnt work for me. So, i simply right clicked on it and opened it with winrar, and it displayed the files for me. I then extracted what i needed to my desktop. Thanks for this blind Kitty, it suits my tastes perfectly, there's not a darn thing wrong with it, i love it to pieces. Shame it took me this long to find it!

Hey Kitty. I have always loved this skin exept for the start menu so I never useed it. I am so glad that you updated it and I am hopeing that It works okay on vista? Great work. I heard that you where going to update this one on skincast! You were so good.. You so funny. Miss ya!
