Interesting and it works with Vista too...
Needs a few things there though - but I'll see whats what with this.

oh tip for Vista skinners "look at alpha images and no hot pink - there are some issues"

I've found that is not WB but Cursorxp at times with sometimes even the graphics drivers being mis-loaded. Try this here Snap Hook...
Uninstall your CursorXP and then reinstall your graphics drivers. Reinstall CursorXP and see if it makes any difference. Besure you restart as reguired and check that your graphics are performing if you have a test for them. There is an issue also with what is called DLL cacheing too. To see if this is the problem ... while the skin in question "Annihilator" is loaded and you have the cursor problem. Just do a logoff and then log back in again to see if it changes. If it does - then your running too many programs at startup and the system has a cache overload. Thus it fails to load all the DLL's to work with drivers and such for what you are running.

One bug I am running into with WB6 and this skin: CursorXP tends to want to slide under the window frames. I can change to other skins such as Pale Moonlight, Burner, Chinatown and all is well, but when I switch back Annihilator, the cursor slides under the frame
