I like the start panel & windowframes - the transparency looks good with the dark grey/black color, the taskbar resizes well (I usually double mine), I like the scrollbar thumb & arrow buttons and the toolbar icons. I would have liked to have seen glow buttons for the min/max/close window buttons, it would have allowed them to show up a little better during a mouseover event but overall a decent job - congrats and thanks for sharing! ��

This screenshot was taken in Vista.. the reason why you see half of a box on XP is because WB uses the Vista substyle by the default and you should choose the XP one from WBconfig for it to look right.
