Looks good man, but in Vista under "Slim" the bottom of the icons in the task tray (next to clock) get cut off. Other then that everything looks really good. Maybe add a bit of spacing between the start button and the quicklaunch tray by default, but other then that it seems stable. Would be great to have it updated for Vista and WB6.
Something to add. In Vista if a window is maximized the top edge is cut off too much... again, probably just a spacing issue since it's not made for WB6 and Vista, but still.

- maybe not wb6 but I'm sure you have skinstudio since there is a free version, you need skinstudio to create a wb skin
