Okay, I'll try to help you here..in case someone else also having the same question:)
1) You need to have Object Dock Plus for this one.
2) Download those docks background from https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.aspx?skinid=13435&libid=29. Those Docks Background should auto install itself into Object Dock Folder.
3) Right Click->My Dock on the Object Dock Plus Icon on System Tray.
4) ObjectDock: My Docks open. Click on those "Create new Tabbed dock" button.
5) ObjectDock Properties opened and a new tabdock appear on desktop.
6) On the "Style" scroll down to "WhiteFire2 Tabs1".
7) Usually those new tabs come with its own color, just change each individual tabs color to "None"
8) Click on "Adjust the Font used text on tabs". Adjust Tab font windows open, I change that one to "Calibri, 12 Bold". Once done click okay
9) On my screenshot the tabdock was place on top center position. To do that click "Positioning" on the "objectdock Properties".
10) Tick on the "Show Dock as drawer" and select "at top of screen"
11) Or you can just click on the dock itself and drag it to any position you wish to put it. .
12) Add contents and change tabs name as you wish.
That it all done... I hope you get it
