butch, this looks really nice. You really pegged the glass effect. The only request/suggestion I would make, the text on the title and task bar is next to impossible to read with similarly colored backgrounds. Maybe some type of glow effect around the text? Also the same problem going on inside the start menu. If nothing else a differnt color for the mouseover state would be awesome. Otherwise like I said, this thing looks great.

looks really cool... and works even better!! congrats Butch123.. just one issue: i agree with the idea of a glow effect on the letters in the title bar and a different mouseover color for star menu...

Update: To save some time I have updated this windowblind and reuploaded it to my DeviantArt website And as soon as I am finished the XP version I will reupload here as well. For now, what I have done is updated the text which some people said they were having problems with and made some minor adjustments. For those of you who are interested in this update, you can view and download the updated version at my D.A. site so I will know if the updates that I made are sufficient, please post comment here or on D.A.letting me know your feedback. very nice, finally a glass version and kinda like stock vista vs..great work butch hope you can fix some minor stuff and maybe change the text color in start menu since its hard to read...also seems to like by the search in start menu is not lined up right or something here's a screenshot don't know if anyone reported it..using lastest version of windowblinds and vista ultimate x64 sp1..may i also suggest square corners

butch - your Clear and Midnight Blue skins are both excellent. I know you're doing your best to accomodate XP users. I want to tell you how much I appreciate that. Thank you The only issues I'm running into with both skins (albeit I've tested each only a short time) is with the Start Menu. The Log Off/Shut Down buttons and User Icon which you set for Vista don't fit for XP.
