jrolson, you have "Blur" enabled.
Open up WBConfig. and choose "Transparency & Blur" and select Only blur the background, then apply changes.
Also, in that section, choose "Reset Defaults" then apply changes.

Is this an update of an older theme? Just a guess.. the name and the blurring issue indicates it was started in an older version of SKS \ WB. Looks familiar for some reason, maybe the start button?, JW �
