amazing hope you finish vista version this is by far one of the best ive seen besides some of the master skins keep it up...

Wow this is nice, would be even nicer with a matching toolbar icons (I know how annoying those are, blasted XP has so many of them 
).
Some ideas for personal tweaks I'd make:
Not my choice in fonts, they aren't very clear or easy to read (smooth, cleartype fonts FTW, bad vision is hereditary unfortunately
). The design of the titlebar+ glyphs is cool, although it looks like the titlebar text could be positioned up a little higher (it's not vertically centered). I think the dark button around disabled/inactive toolbar icons (forward, stop, etc) draws a little too much attention to them (being grayed out lets us know they're disabled). [Intended as constructive criticism, still far better than anything I could attempt.]
The screenmask on logoff/shutdown is cool. Looking forward to the icons, they're nice and sleek and go great with the blind.

Works well on Vista. Nicely done, but I also would recommend changing the fonts for menus they are a little too small and as previously pointed out hard to read. But other than that I this is vrey nicely done. Keep up the good work.
