How I put in RaptureXP in the Appearence in Diplay Properties ? In Windows and Buttons don't have the option RaptureXP !

i feel like the font for the window titles is a little blurry for me or at least not as sharp as official screenshot. i dont really understand why. http://img530.imageshack.us/my.php?image=scrnshotgn9.png the cursor is pointing at how titles look on mine.

I do, WB doesn't support anti aliasing of fonts in title bars.

Get same odd texting problem in right click sub menu.....ok skin; a little thin and ho hum for my tastes...but I applaud all skinners initiatives... in that it takes quite a bit of time to make these for others to enjoy...

Which is why i added a light substyle.. use it. The dark version will always have the menu prob, read the desc.

After trying a lot of skins I stick to Rapture! Definitively the best skin ever made! Unobtrusive, space saving and elegant - all in one. Any progress with the titlebars for Office 2007? Can anyone provide a solution for that?

Awesome skin vStyler, I appreciate this. Been on Spectrum for a long time now and this gives a nice change. This problem with the submenus is a Windows thing. Windows wants to use the main system color instead of the specified color by you. You can fix that in the RaptureXP.UIS file in the skin folder. Open the uis file in notepad and scroll down to [Colours]. Change only these two to be as shown; [Colours] Menu=21, 21, 21 MenuText=255, 255, 255 (for this skin and any other skin, you just have to match as close as possible to whatever the skin is showing) The menu will be all good. BUT the trade off is that now the menu (File, Edit, View, etc) on some programs (Notepad, Psp, I guess Firefox) will take on those colors also. I don't use Firefox, so I would rather have the good menu. Cheers!

Reminder - if changing those two colors doesn't fix your menu; Go into the skin folder and "Arrange Icons By > Type" and delete any *.wb4 files and reapply the skin. WB will remake any of those that you need... and then the menu will be all good. Deleting those files will also fix that double "Turn Off Computer" thing. Actually now that I am playing with it; Menu=49, 49, 49 is a little bit better for that menu color. So for all of the "complainers" out there - you can see this is an either/or thing. And as John has already explained, he created this skin with Vista and Firefox in mind. What is really needed though is for WB to once again provide a means of skinning the menubar itself, which has been brought up to them and I believe they are working on.

Menu's wont ever be fixed in XP imo... oh well.. there's a light menu sub style for those with issues.. or.... the option to use a diff skin.... I haven't had any issues with The turn off dialog.
