(Citizen) presbray Hi..okay so if you follow all instructions Vistart is installed just go to C My Programs Vistart, inside you will see a black start panel. Click on that, vistart will load. At the bottom on your taskbar near the clock you will see a small icon of Vistart. Click on it and go to the options and you can set it to run when Windows starts. Hope it helps....�

Not a bad skin, but I'm not seeing any blur effects on the window title bar like I would see on Vista. Forcing it on doesn't look good either.

��For those of you who read this and are using Vistart I just made a pack of 5 vistart menus and uploaded them here at WC in the graphics section. I have made them for Vista and Windows 7 including 1 transparent. So keep your eyes on the graphic section here at WC....��

try to install ViStart but keep gettin an error... says RUNTIME ERROR 429: ACTIVEX COMPONENT CANT CREATE OBJECT.. How to fix this?

1. Download this windowblind 2. Download and install Vistart ViStart Beta 6 Build 3167 Link 3. Go into the windowblind file and you will find .rar file called ViStart. Inside this are the images you will need. 4. Copy the images in this to C:/ program files Vistart, Ressources. The images that you will find in there delete them and replace with the ones that you found in my vistart rar file. 5. Finished

butch: couldnt get ViStart to work keeps giving me ERROR message, so instead i use vista start menu emulator. My last question to you is... How do you install Windows 7 M3 Icons and PNG by ~Mheltin? thanks for all your hard work

U sure update a lot, LOL!!! .. What I try to do is get it perfect.. before uploading the first time, that way I don't look like a download hog.

Every time I start ViStart Beta 6 on my XP my MS multi-media keyboard's media keys go dead. I can't turn up or down the sound, start/stop anything. Immediately after stopping ViStart, the multi-media keyboard works. Go figure. Oh, and this new update the orb does nothing until it is clicked on. The previous version had mouse-over effects, this doesn't. I have no option for a single line across the bottom of the desktop, this one only has the two line version in three flavors. I liked the smoked single line version the best. It's gone. I rolled back to the previous version (12-11-08.) I like it better. William
