for some reason it will not open and run for me I download it. I extract the ziped file and it will not run

Windowblinds from Stardock is mandatory to apply any of these type themes.

Do you have Windowblinds installed?��You will need to install and apply the Shimmer.wba file inside the .zip file with Windowblinds Dave.Windowblinds from Stardock is mandatory to apply any of these type themes.

I am new at this and having problems getting Shimmer to run. I have Windowblinds 5 installed but I can't seem to understand what to do next. Any help for a tired old man would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I would recommend upgrading to the latest version of Windowblinds first MoMason, then after downloading just extract the files from inside the .zip file you downloaded to your hard drive and then open Windowblinds. Next, click the 'Add visual styles' text and select to install the file from your computer and browse to where you extracted the files to. Select the .wba file and click Open. After the file installs, select it in Windowblinds and the click 'Apply my changes". All done, enjoy! �
