Really different skin, don't know how usable over the long haul, but really different. Also I think you named the skin after yourself accidentally, not as Rainbow 
The skin name shows up here as jordanfc instead of rainbow.

Hi well i hav xp and yr skin is great nice an clean not realy into dark skins so yes i love this one

This skin is beautiful. I also love the min, max, close button. The scroll bar color changes are genius and I think the rainbow gradient is perfect for the taskbar. The start menu design looks a little wierd but it fits the theme. Nice subtle color gradients across most bars, great. - Congratulations, you are Zirka's Windowblind of the week!
