I'm not a computer "nerd" so I don't know very much about computers, so i just wanted to ask you some questions 
I really like this skin, and i want to download it, some dude said that not to download it till its done, is it done? and second how in hell do i install this? is this a "serious" job to install? please guide me trough it? thx

you need window blinds to use this skin as with all windowblind skins. Once you have downloaded it, it will self install. it is finished, that person was refering to wallpaper and cursor links, they are now present as they have now been uploaded. have fun!!
