thats probably because the skin is for vista, it clearly states this in the description.

Damn, this is a fine job you have done with this windowblind. Probably the best that I have in my collection. The only, and I do mean only issue I have with it is the "welcome back M" on the start menu. Not everyone has that designation. Maybe you can make an alternate one, saying "welcome back agent" or something for everyone. Just a thought. But, other than that, this WB is the shit.

Seems to be working fine on xp. Vampothica. I Love it. Also love the animation. Not unlike what I did on one of my Andromeda Screens.
