drkshdw4u, if you're asking about the flashing task button, it is a lighter black than the normal buttons and it has a blue outline.

There are only two things I would have done different (if I had such skills and don't take this in any shape or form as criticism, it's simply personal preference) ....
1. When more than one window is open but they're all minimized, I would have made the hover over a window a little more obvious ...
2. The start menu, when you click on all programs, I would have made the text darker:
As I said, it's not criticism, just personal preference. I could have paid more for the skin as is and been just as happy as I am now.

I would speculate that maybe you're using the XP substyle on Vista, but the narrow right side of the start menu tells me you are indeed using the Vista substyle.
