Wow Boxxi!!! Just Wow. 
I only have XP and although on my machine the "Log Off" and "Restart" buttons on the start menu were missing and the task pane highlighting is not what I am assuming it was intended to be, it is just beautiful and definately "Master Skin" quality. Although not XP perfect I'm still gonna use it!!!

I downloaded it for Vista and seems to be working perfectly so far, everything seems skinned. It was just to beautiful to not try it.

Dearest BoXXi. . . First of all, please accept my deepest sympathy for the loss of your Mom. The loss of a loved one is oftentimes so devastating; and the grieving process sometimes feels like it will last forever. I truly know and understand the pain in your heart at this time. Just know it is all right to cry and to grieve; and it's o.k. to take as long as you want to go through this process. Even though I haven't been with WinCustomize very long, your name has always been at the top of my list for anything to do with desktop enhancements. I had already downloaded all the other graphics pertaining to this windowblind; and when I saw this WB on my welcoming screen tonight, it was like someone had handed me a million dollars. Like the rest of the other members, I do not have Windows 7; but I was not goinig to let that deter me from downloading this elegant wb. I love the colors, as well as the elegance of this fantastic work of art. It is a beautiful tribute to your Mom; and I'm certain she is smiling down on you with a great deal of pride in her heart. BoXXi, you are so very, very talented; and though you are feeling very sad these days, you will find playing on your computer with your possible designs and/or staying in touch with your on-line friends can be so mentally therapeutic. I don't know what I would have done the past eight years--following the tremendous loss of my adorable husband--if it hadn't been for all the wonderful people in the various graphic groups to which I belong. Collecting signature tags as a hobby was lots of fun; but the friendships I made worldwide were so rewarding. And sharing correspondence with these lovely individuals was more therapeutic than anything else I could have done. So my dearest, please take the time to grieve; but also know that we are all here for you. And you still have lots of contributions to make to the world of WindowBlinds. Take gentle care of yourself in the days ahead. And please do return to us soon. Luv ya! Sweet Caroline
