If you skin the High DPI nav buttons, it will fix that issue, Brian. Simply use your regular nav arrows, but increase the canvas around them to 64x33 (check the premultiplied box for these). Don't bother with the high dpi back ground large. You will then have to redo the IE Navagation arrows background. The total canvas size should be 308x33 (77x33 for each state) You'll probably have to move the high dpi arrow buttons within the canvas to make them line up.

I just checked. What I said only works when using large icons. Switch to small icons and it get screwed up

I rarely comment here at WinCustomize, but I gotta voice my opinion on this skin.
This skin is one of, if not THE best skin I have ever seen here at WinCustomize !!!! I think this is better than most if not ALL MasterSkins. Phenominal work !!! This skin is crisp, clear and easy on the eyes.
