This is the best theme i have found yet.. only one problem. is there a way to speed up the start menu animation.. it's just a tad bit too slow..
othewise this theme is as close to perfect as i have found.

been havnig a problem when i try to apply it, it always gives me the stock win 95 start bar and windows
