Thanks Jim! Oh I'd love that but only if you don't have too much on your plate already, my friend...

You're right, neophil! I updated the file a little while ago as it seems when I ported it over to SKS7 the XP shell stuff stayed behind. I use old SKS for XP because it works better on that OS IMHO but when I port an XP version over to SKS7, it changes settings and disregards images from the previous build sometimes. But anyway, it's fixed and updated...just d/l the new one, if you like, my friend...

You're welcome, Elizabeth! And thank you for using what we create because without great users like you to share our work, there wouldn't be much point to this hobby we all love, my friend...

I can get that some think it's orrible but I never did get the idea of re-coloring blinds. Either you like it or you don't. I like this very much, as it is, Bravo Rick.

Nicely created and presented.  Reminds me of an old skinner's work, i think the name was Staron? I can't remember.  Thanks for sharing

You're welcome, hookem! Anything I make that reminds people of StarOne is a heck of a compliment because she's one heck of a great skinner. Hope you enjoy the blind, my friend...

I also like to see blinds being made in other colors.  Adds to the variety.

What I find interesting is that no one has named a WB "Elite" before.

Very Goldielocks but too much "shine" to be pleasing in the eye for me, but variety in colours are good and as long as it´s usable. Thanks for sharing, my friend.

Now I am intrigued! The first thing I noticed after applying this bind is that my tabs in IE9 are back on the bottom where they belong. How did you do that? It is the one thing I dislike about IE9. Would be nice if I could have all of my skins do that!
