It may be a compliment to her but this, in my opinion, is a poorly designed  WB and should never have been uploaded.

It was constructed well enough to get through moderation. I'd be thrilled just to be able to put one together.

It has a few bugs in it and I'm not sure if it's the blind or not. Trying it on Vista. I think you have some great ideas and vision here. Keep making skins. You definitley have the potential and knowledge to just keep getting better.

I agree with PoSmedley.  This blind shows more imaginarion than a lot of the blinds being done now.  I love the animation.  It just needs a little work.  Please don't give up on it, and keep skinning

I think your doing a fine job...keep improving...not to mention you have great taste in icons

I installed it and so far haven't seen any problems.  Can the first two posters be more specific about the bugs and/or design issues?  It looka good on my 64bit Vista Ultimate PC.  It doesn't even have the bug that 20-25% of the blinds I've downloaded have, namely the inability to stretch application windows to full screen (with the mouse, not the maximize button).

I like the smoke animation and the transparent border around the windows.

Good WB. Bit big. Interested in the crow. Is that Krahe by Hurlzmeier?

The start menu animation is really sweet, and I like the overall concept of the blind. Ya did good. Keep making them!

First, the blind is not poorly designed, you just dont understnad that I am purpously creating a less than perfect / clean style to reflect the theme and content of the web site it is based on. 

I am always trying to improve and admire the amazing talent here - some of the work just drops my jaw.

Over the last 7 years or so, you have offered 3 wallpapers but no attempts at a blind.

I imagine you will create something really amazing at some point

Yes, the Hurlzmeier art (Krahe) is used througout the art on the web site (Ravenswoodretreat.com) -

I incorporated different parts of the bird for icons and buttons on her site and the artist gave my mom permission to use it about a year or so ago.

I love Hurlzmeiers work.

I think this is pretty cool and well done!!! I LOVE the animation, and I love the colors!!! I don't blame you for your rant, Casperrr! Well said. The first comment was down right insulting!!! I like this and am using it now on Windows 7! Keep it up, I know more great stuff is to come from you!!

Great Blind   The only  thing  I  seem  to notice  no User Picture it  could  have  been  put in  Orb  on  start Panel I  have  noticed some  Window Blinds  do not  have  them lately

This is an original blind using terrific imagination, far better in my opinion than some of the master blinds that are appearing lately.

I have to agree with snake. The criticism of this blind is stupid. This is a well thought out and executed blind and I also am not seeing any bugs with it. Perhaps the first commenter never downloaded it because the screenshot does not do it justice. It amazes me that someone who has never created a blind can be rude about someone else's.

Keep up the good work casperrr and don't waste your time returning negative criticism. Stay sweet.

Does anyone else get a double border for each window, the main green and brown blind border and then a shadowed transparent border around that?

Speaking on the behalf of mothers everywhere, this blind is PERFECT!  To those that can not see, or won't, this blind is more than perfection.  The nicks, the dents, and the little imperfections, are what a mother really loves.  You sir Casperrr have a very lucky mother to have a son that creates such beauty for her. 

In passing I forgot to say thank you for making my day a little brighter.  This blind looks good on my computer.
