This is an astonishing skin! Love the concept!
Sadly,
Is is only me or is my Win7Pro 64 the cause? I don't see everything I need to - in Explorer Libraries, the library names are black on black... here's a screenshot link - anyway to fix this? Also in Chrome browser, many sites buttons are black on black - can't read 'em... Explorer Preview Pane, file list is black on black until I mouse over a file...

OK! Here's a fix to some of my display problems for anyone else out there having similar issues, including in other skins...
In your WindowBlinds Configuration, click FONTS at the bottom and make sure you DON'T have ticks in the "I Do Not Want..." radio buttons.
Now my only problem is with Explorer Preview - still black font on black background for the file list...

-Whatever is selected or deselected in WindowBlinds has nothing to do with the skin itself.
