The wallpaper is a modfiied for personal use version called White Clouds, but I cannot remember where I got it from sadly.

I believe that the wallpaper being used in the screenshot is a version of Clouds Background by JustinSrsly @ http://wincustomize.com/explore/wallpapers/31714/. By the way, excellent skin. Using it now.
