A fantastic thought going into this one. When watching the little preview in the gallery it just punched me in the eyes. I really love the way how you try to play with textures. However "the less" is sometimes more. A concrete example: If you take a look upon the taskbar buttons, the best bearable would probably be the last one with Adobe text in it. The others in front are looking too complicated in terms of texture and text in them. The startmenu is on the other hand very unique and gorgeous and so impressive. I would have chosen a bit vibrant
shade of colour but it is just great. The inner parts of the window like navigation backround, or section with EDIT, VIEW, TOOLS might get just a wee textures.

I sat on this for two months and decided to just let it be and move on, .To just post for me for once, so, I am not offended and thanks for the comments.I will take your tips under advisement good sir, but not changing, I already moved on,lol.DT1.

This is very nice work, As others have mentioned the texture is very well executed, however I feel that the text on the task menu buttons could use emphasis surrounding the text to make it stand out more. Perhaps an outline shadow with a slight blur and reduced opacity to make it easier on the eyes. But all in all great job! and congrats on the feature! very well deserved.
