The wallpaper came with a visual sent named Flaty to me to port over to Windowblinds, but I am really not sure where you can get it on the net. I cannot give it out though, sorry.
I found the website, but I don't read Russian/Ukranian...

That's cool. Thanks for the link. I found that if you use Google Translate at http://translate.google.com/translate?sl=auto&tl=en&js=n&prev=_t&hl=en&ie=UTF-8&u=http%3A%2F%2F7themes.su%2Fload%2Fwindows_7_themes%2Fminimalistika%2Fflaty%2F16-1-0-707 it does a pretty good job of translating the page.
But still no luck on figuring out how to get the wallpaper. But still a great theme.

Towards the top, in the middle, once the page loads, there will be two magnifying glasses, with text that doesn't translate, the left link opens a small version of the image and the right one, opens the full size version of the image.
