Lightstar, you are sooooo consistant!
Small, small, problem. I have a 2560x1600 display and run WIN8. The seperator bar between the left and right panels on Start is pretty drastically shifted to the right on all of your last wbas. I still use them because they are so good but this is just a "heads up" for high res (I guess).

No, I did not solve your issue patsycake, as I don't even know what is causing it in other skins. I was hoping you would email me the screenshot as an attachment so I could have a look at what is going on with your problem.
