This is awesome.
Just a couple of things need fixing when using with Windows 8.1.
1. The open icons in the task bar do not show a different way to the normal icons...I know it does not make much difference to most but I like to see which apps are open in the system and I do not like to show the title in taskbar. Mouse over shows Red color but not just open.
2. The system icons in the taskbar are all pushed down. Only half of it is visible when you use the taskbar in the bottom.

Finally a skin that brings all the ideas of the "flat" design, and breaks with the "Flat" color palettep--I love it. What's more you perfectly allow the base red color to be replaced with another color. Very nice...

It was my destiny to find and download this. I have been looking for a skin exactly like this for years.... this is it. This is the one.
