Exellent! Works great on Windows 8 as well!
One tip for maximum windows 8/Start8 compatibility: Your left and right seperators are 4px high. With your top painting margin set to 0, the seperator "jaggs" up one px on the the ends. To fix this, simply set your top painting margin to 3px.

@2of3: I don't have the possibility to check the skin on Windows 8 with Start8, but I will try on Windows 7 to adjust the margin as you suggested and see how it looks. If it's also ok on Windows 7, when I will upload a new version, I will implement this change. Thanks for the feedback

If it doesn't look good on Windows7, you could create a new windows 8 substyle and leave the other version intact.

I'd like to avoid to add another substyle just for this, but it can be a solution if I don't find another way to adjust it.

In my experience, the adjustment I suggested will have no effect on how it looks on windows 7.
