there has been some problems for other people too, but it seems to clear up for everybody after a little while and the download will work. If not you will have to submit a suport ticket.

having problems again with this skin and mystika, i bought both skins and they are in my downloads under my account, but again i cant download them because i get re-directed back to wincostomiz and it tells me to buy the skins again.....

love your skins bought alot of them, just a few things that bug the crap out of me, and im not sure wether i can manually change these imperfections or not, #1 in your screenshot for this skin the windows explorer screenshot, ohh why ohh why do all of your skins have the left side dark and the right side white, HUGE eyesore!! lol wish you would make them so they are both the same color... not sure if i can change that myself... #2 i hate the difault windows fonts, so i always depend on windowblinds to skin the entire skin with the font i choose through windowblinds..... your skins never change all the fonts just some parts... another HUGE eyesore for me.... i dunno if you hardcode them into the skin or not... because there is no way to change them.....the ones that dont wanna change even after i input into windowblinds the font i want to use.... some parts change the font other parts just stay default.... other than those 2 issues ive encountered on every one of your skins ive bought, i love them but i just cant use them for very long as i hate those few imperfections.... i keep buying your skins hoping maybe she changed them this time.... but i was bummed out again after buying mystika and exxilon... :/ other than those things tho 5 stars from me, even tho i wont use them lol unless i can change those things to my liking.... LightStars skins for example, change every damn font throughout windows in every part of it just by choosing the font i want in windowblinds and clicking apply... and also he always has 1 color for explorer not that whole 2 color deal.... anyways rock on hope you take my comment as a i love your skins type of deal but arggg!! lol

I was using white backgrounds for a while because everyone wanted it to be more "userfriendly" so I listened, but just on my latest skins (infinity and ravager) Ive gone bck to using dark backgrounds cause I personally love them...
as for the font......i love the windows default font. to be frank, when I change the font It just makes it too hard for me and I just cant read anything or concentrate........ I hope this helps???? And thankyou for your support xoxo
