It's not a terrible skin, but I think it could be a lot better.
Overall, the skin is far too saturated. Skins that stand out the most use grey/white/blue/black and then use another color as a highlight. This one uses green/teal all over and it is somewhat of an eyesore to be honest.
Secondly, the start button. I don't know what it is with these skinners but they love putting a little circle there instead of something appealing. Very few skinners actually put thought into the start button, it could be so beautiful (doesn't have to be the windows logo). I've seen some skinners use a leaf, a letter, or something else sleek. The circle is the most eyesore-ish of all.
Overall I do like the title bar, although the circles on there should be improved The Start menu is neat but should be lighter or use white text.

Viking7, having made the blind as is and presented it, I hope you might see that I would disagree with you on most points.
However, I do appreciate your feedback. Thank you for being out front and honest enough to voice your opinion. 
And just for claification and a reminder, I make these skins for me and share them as something to do. I'm not looking to sell them or get a pat on the back.
Gosh, you know I just like circles. Circles are great to use.

I just installed this skin and I really like it. Not everyone wants black, white, gray, blue, etc. Boring! Some of us actually like color and finding a well done green is very difficult. It may be a bit saturated for some but I like it just the way it is and I can adjust the color a bit if needed using Window Blinds. I gave it a nine. Keep doing what you do, gmc2. Some of us really appreciate your work.

I like this skin. Funny though, my menus look nothing like shown in the screenshot. They are a solid green with no divsion lines.

gevansmd, weird, made me check to make sure and yes, they are there. I'd go for a refresh but really don't know why that would be happening.

The only place where I see the menus as shown are the right-click system tray menus. Otherwise, desktop and window menus are all a solid green. Looks good but noit as shown. I'm running Win 10 64 bit

that may be the issue??? This blind was made for Win7 and tested only for that system. No Win10 or WB10 in use.

That is a win10 color setting. Also if you don't have Old New Explorer installed on win10 I would suggest it.

Alpha Echo, I only bought Windows blinds yesterday, so new on here, but I think it's a great skin. I used to be a web designer and used a very similar colour for my site, not exactly but nearly so I'm partial to greeen.
