To be honest, I don't really know. I've heard that they but there are some exceptions. I don't have Win10 so therefore I can't verify cross OS usage.

I am on the latest version of 10 and this works DANDY! Very fun!!!
I really like the direction your styles are taking. You are really coming in to your own with gradient colors.

I go through fits and spurts where I upload and then delete. I have over 150 WIN7 windowblinds on file that have been on the site at one time or another.
I'll take requests to upload old blinds and may upload a few that I really like.

Lovely skin! I am using it now on WIndows 10 and it works just fine. Gotta say I don't understand the 5 star rating, this skin deserves way better that that.
