I've been waiting for a light skin, but I'm still have problem not seeing the text on the jumplist as I metioned with your Bora skin. Still I love it.

The wallpaper is in the skin folder after you have installed it (eg C:\Users\Public\Documents\Stardock\WindowBlinds\Muon) and is called muon_wallpaper.png
Re the jumplist - this should have a blue gradient background - I tried not to make it too light but still fit with the design.
