I made the purchase but was not directed to a download link. Nor is it in my Stardock download page. It does show in my purchase history, however.

I created a support ticket. What should have happened after I made payment? It's been a few months since I purchased a WB, one of yours in fact.

sorry je ne parle pas l'anglais , essayé message privé , mais ne fonctionne pas , envoyé des tickets à stardock , pas de réponses.
Acheté xmass glass le 13.12.2019 , payé par paypal , mais pas reçu , je ne comprends pas , déjà commandé d'autres thèmes ou skins , je n'ai jamais eu de problème.
j'attends toujours le skin que j'ai acheté et payé
si vous pouviez faire quelque chose merci d'avance

Sounds like Hayastani15 had the same problem I had, made the purchase but not provided a download.
