This is a nice. I especially like the floating start menu option. By the way, what's the difference between regular and thin?

JO is correct. The Start button is smaller to be the same height as the taskbar buttons when using small icons.

Excellent skin!! Personally one of my favourite ones I've seen actually!! You could easily charge for this skin and not only wouldn't I be mad, I'd in fact purchase it! 
I love the flat design, the colour choices and the way everything just flows so nicely with nothing out of place or no garish or odd style/colour choices.
10/10 Skin - this should be Master Skin, honestly!!
