It feels like Christmas again with Windows XP. Ahh the good old days with Stardock and WB 4.0 on XP and then to bring this style back well I say it's a wonderful skin. The start button needs to be a little bigger to be proportionate on the taskbar but other than this, it's cool!

Use a lower screen dpi. Unfortunately it does not support higher dpi settings.

I am working on a darkmode option for explorer. It will however need some time as It can get a little complicated making explorer dark. Now it requires me to make other assets to work with those dark colors. Im designing the dark mode to mimic windows 10's dark mode.

Amazing theme, but I noticed the start menu was slightly inaccurate (shutdown doesn't have the red icon and the fonts are a little off).

Other than that, this is the most accurate and easiest to install XP theme on the web. I did use Retrobar.exe to replace the task bar though as this themes font was wrong for the green button and it was offset on my resolution.

Make sure in start10 to select the style that loads from Windowblinds. Does not skin Startisback or Classic shell.

The font in this theme is unchanged due to the fact that not all the fonts are changeable. I left them as is. I also cannot add a icon the the shutdown button in the start menu. It had no option for it in skin studio. If you really want a close to be replica of the start menu. Use open shell (newer version of classic shell). 

it would be nice if you could fix the toolbar icons when they're small , they're a bit too high on the taskbar unlike the default w10 look, it'll make everything perfect at that point

So i found how to get Windows XP fonts on this theme.

Go to modify, select fonts. Now press "Edit individual types of fonts".

Then, go to the "Header" fonts "Header, Header Active, Group Header" and make them all Trebuchet. You can go to all the other fonts and make them Tahoma.

Make sure you save all the changes and then close the individual font window.

And then go to "Override the fonts" and go all the way up the fontlist. You should see a option that says "Allow the style to decide on the fonts".

Click it, and then apply the theme.

After that, your computer should look like this (without all the extra crap):

I didn't do this with this exact theme (i used a 2003 theme called Windows XP Style), but i guarantee similar results.

Also, the taskbar looks like crap in this theme, so i reccomend using RetroBar and setting the theme to Windows XP.

If you want all the extra crap, watch Window Saturn's video about making 10 look like XP. Or alternatively, just download the pack and read all the readmes like i did. lmao.

I can tell you this much, this theme is the absolute best and is literally 1 to 1 with original XP!!!! This deserves full rating for how good it is....I can forever relive XP without the risk of running the actual OS itself, but now if we can get icons from XP to run on Windows 10 that would be A+++++

any chanse of updating this theme? becasue there is a bit off a color issue when selecting multiple files in the inactive selected file like there is a white background on the inactive selected .... gets realy hard to manage files with this theme

I left the font the default that was provided from the template theme I copied from. You would need to follow comment #31 just closer to the top of this page to manually set your font.
