I know it's confusing. But because of the pandamic, I lost my job, so I was allowed to sell my master skins again.

quick question tho... if your unemployed because of corona.... wouldnt that mean you would have a crap load of more free time to make an actual new skin? or a couple for that matter? that people would buy? idunno just a crazy question.... lol

So you are saying that because you lost your job, I have to buy the same skin again that I purchased 4 years ago for 10 bucks. I knew stardock was crooked, but this is bad. A lot of people has been affected by the pandemic, and a lot of people has lost their jobs. When you buy something, it is yours. But not here. I will never ever buy anything from you again.

No you don't have to buy it again. I explained this to you the other day in a PM.
Before they were masterskins, then I made them free, now they are master again.
If you bought it previously, you don't have to buy it again. Because you already own it.

Yes I did own it ,but not anymore, I am unable to download it from my download page. It takes me back here to wincustomize when I try.

You will have to ask Stardock about it. I don't handle sales or downloads, the site does.

Hi. I bought this skin, along with a couple of others I can't recall off the top of my head, from your wincosmos site. My laptop was stolen along with all of my purchased downloads and when I try to go to the wincosmos page to download the skins I've paid for, I get an error saying the webpage is no longer available. I'm able to download everything I purchased from Stardock but nothing from your other site which is truly breaking my heart as they're amazing skins and I don't even like my desktop without them. I can't really afford to pay for them again either so is there any way to still access the WB download files without having to purchase them again on Stardock? Thank you for your time and the amazing work you do as well. Nothing compares to the work you put out and I can't wait to see what else you'll come up with!
