Quite correct, Jan Oscar (though in my experience, drive by commenters rarely come back and revisit to get an answer to their question/comment).
Perfect recoloring only applies to the green version in this case. For the red version, you'll have to uncheck smart coloring. This will however tint all the skin elements and not just the frames, taskbar and startmenu.
