I used to use WindowBlinds all the time, but some were difficult for my eyes to read, even though they looked good in general. When Windows 10 dark mode came along I switched to Curtains because for the most part (maybe for all) Curtains does not disturb the dark theme built into Windows. Now that Curtains doesn't work on Windows 11, is it possible to create a WB skin that only skins what a similar Curtain skin would skin?

Not that I know gevansmd, but as I have never used Curtains, you might want to ask this question in the forums.
