When I open the Start menu the user icon is in the middle of the start menu main panel. Running Start 10 with the Modern style menu enabled. I tried to include a screen shot and it turned into data, wouldn't show the actual picture.

Not sure why you should see the user icon at all. The 'Modern Theme' setting places the user icon and name at the top of the start menu, and it isn't using the WindowBlinds skin, just a plain background.

I'm using the Windows 7 start menu with Start 11 and getting the user icon, which I hate...lol. Very nice skin! I am having white text on light background on the "command bar"?

Windowblinds skin fon the Start 10 start menu. No other StartMenu customizing installed, or activated.

Think I know what the 'command bar' issue is and I've got a fix so expect an update very soon 
Still not sure why that User Pic is showing in the middle of the start menu. Is that definitely Start10 and not Start11? Not sure if it's related to you having it set to 'tiles' and a huge number of start menu items? Whe I set to tiles here, it screws up the horizontal positioning (which is understandable as the start menu is much wider) but it's still at the top... I dunno. I expect all my skins will give you the same result?
The next update will have a 'no user icon' sub-style which should at least get rid of it anyway.
I'll also be rolling out the update retrospectively to my other recent WB skins.

Ok guys.. the 'command bar' text colour issue should be fixed and you can now select a sub-style to get rid of the user pic from the start menu.
