You are doing the lords work.   Running this in classic mode.  For what ever reason I fumble around the explorer and task bar much less than I do with the "Modern" look.

Now to see what else I can replace.

Hi, I'm running Windows 10 w/ WindowBlinds v10.89...

Is this skin supposed to work for me? When importing it, I am told there's no .uis file, and asks if I'm sure this is a WB theme.

I do love Aero11, but it doesn't work on browsers. Does anyone know how I can get aero onto my browsers? (I'm running Windows 10 with Windowblinds.)

This doesn't work at all in Windows 11. 

I have start11 on my computer too and this skin doesn't work at all. I am using the latest version of Windows 11. 

Create a forum post in the Windowblinds support section, there is something on your system blocking applying themes with WB.

Make sure you are on WB10 or WB11. Older versions may not be supported.

As far as I know, Google recently blocked skinning the titlebar in newer chrome builds, so firefox is the only one that I know of that still works. Edge may be next to axe it as its based on chrome as well.

This is great!  Would you consider doing one with the style of Windows Vista?

Its in the works. Finishing my current steam theme and then finishing High Dpi support for Aero 11. The Vista theme is based on Aero11 so I cant finish vista until Aero11 is fully up to date.

Kinda a nitpick, but if you ever update this theme, or if you're still working on the Vista theme, would it be possible to slightly shrink the distance between the address bar and title bar in File Explorer?  It's slightly wider than in Windows Vista/7

Sadly that has to stay as is since it breaks the windows 11 tabs along with all the custom shine/glow effects added to the frames. This is more designed to be an updated modern version as if aero was still a thing today. You can change the size in skin studio for your own use but keep in mind there will be visual bugs from it.

Thank you for your response   I'm sure you've been asked a lot, and you probably don't have an answer, but I can't resist asking lol.  Do you have an idea when you might release the Vista style theme for Windowblinds?

Not until I finish high DPI support for this theme as it's what I will use for the base theme.

My scaling is set to 125% (as 100% to small and 150% is grandma mode on my screens). Any chance of getting an optimized version for 125%?
The buttons are scaled out of proportions. They do however work flawless on 150%.

If not 125% is supplied, it just scales the default 100% to work at that scale, but makes them look blurry. If they are all out of proportion, there might be something going on on your end to cause them not to scale right. Please post a screen capture so i can see what you are experiencing as I have a 1440p monitor I often use 125% when working on this theme. Looks fine on my system.

Just an example. The tabs are a bit weird and the buttons as well
I have a 2560*1440 with 125% scaling

It works flawless on 150% as mentioned above.

I noticed your window frame blur is broken as well. What version of windows are you using and what version of windowblinds are you using. I don't have those issues on my end. I am working on adding higher DPI support for the next update up to 175% so any changes I do won't be untill that version is ready if I find that that is an actual bug in the theme.

Currently I dumped all the color options while I work on these new features. I will be adding them back in after the high DPI is added so I don't have to mess with all the substyles. Lol

I fixed an issue for windows 10 machines, this theme was made during the time period where wb11 was in beta and there was a bug with rendering the show desktop button. So I baked it onto the actual taskbar. Ever since they fixed that bug, I noticed the fake showdesktop button would render below the real one. So that has been fixed. I might be adding a few more color options or styles as well or just saving those new styles for an alternate theme.
